\\4 DIFFERENT TYPES OF WORKSHOPS available \\
NOW BOOKING PRIVATE CLASSES AND GUEST CHOREOGRAPHY FOR 2025
All workshops are 60 to 90 minutes in length. Please advise whether students are beginner, intermediate or advanced in level and class will be adjusted accordingly.
Contemporary Floorwork
All ages: long pants, socks and shoulder coverings required.
In this dynamic and challenging class, students will explore contemporary floorwork. Beginning with technique and strength warmup, moving across the floor and eventually to a centre phrase. The class builds strength, stability and confidence with inversions, rolls and strengthens transitions into and out of the floor.
Phrase/Combo Class
All ages/levels
Includes across the floor sequences (90 min classes only) and phrasework. Dancers will have the chance to perform the combination in small groups and practice their skills in interpreting and execution of choreography.
Partnering Class
Ages 10+, all levels available
This workshop explores connections between dancers. Trust building and communication are central themes. Students will learn technique for weight-sharing and lifts. This workshop offers a safe and supportive environment for experimentation and connection with others. Advanced level classes will learn partnering sequences. Prepares students for the contemporary dance landscape by equipping them with tangible skills for the creative process!

Improvisation Class
Ages 7+, all levels available
Creativity, expression and confidence building are at the forefront of this class. Through guided exercises and prompts, dancers will explore and expand their arsenal and vocabulary of movement, and deepen their connection to music, emotion and the space around them. This class empowers dancers to be generous collaborators and develops their artistic voice. Advanced classes will practice open improv scores and group tasks.
